Shipping

Orders are posted Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Orders placed before 12pm on a posting day are usually sent the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the next scheduled posting day.

The checkout will show the estimated arrival date of your package based on your location, courier and service chosen. Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We hope you love your order. However, if you need to make a return you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, including sales items, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us first with photographs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

What makes your brand different?

As we are a small business, we carefully source every piece and personally quality-check each item before it reaches you. Every order is lovingly hand-packed with care and we only stock products we’d genuinely feel happy and confident using for our own children.

Where are you based?

Brielle & Briar is a UK-based childrenswear boutique inspired by timeless childhood dressing. All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Are the pieces true to size?

Our pieces are designed to fit true to size, with a slightly more generous cut within each age range to allow for comfort and movement. Each product listing will provide sizing information on the individual fit.

If your little one is between sizes - for example, around 12 months - and you’re purchasing for an immediate occasion, we typically recommend choosing 9–12 months for a more tailored immediate fit. If you prefer a little extra room for growth and longer wear, we would suggest selecting 12–18 months for a more relaxed fit.

Please note that some of our products are not available in 18-24 months and in this instance we recommend sizing up to 2-3 years. In practice, our 12-18 months will typically fit up to 24 months, especially our dresses.

How do I care for my items?

To preserve the fit and finish of your garment, we recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Please avoid tumble drying, as this can increase shrinkage and affect the longevity of the fabric. Ironing is on medium heat.

Please note that as with all natural fibres, a small amount of shrinkage may occur after the first wash. We recommend washing your item(s) before the first wear.

What fabrics do you use?

Nearly all of our pieces are crafted from natural cotton. The exact composition is listed on each product page. Our brand focuses on soft, quality materials that you can trust on your child's skin.

Can I track my order?

All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email once the items have been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Need to make a change? Orders can be updated or cancelled any time before dispatch days (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible to be returned upon receipt. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges - you are welcome to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for a different size.
